Life brings us challenges, and learning to let go—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is a practice. Reiki is one of many tools, alongside prayer, counseling, and medical care, that can guide us back to wholeness.

My own path has been shaped by experience, deep feeling, and a calling to support others in returning home to themselves. Helping people reconnect with their authenticity, inner peace, and self-love is not just my work—it’s my mission.
