I was born in Fernie, BC, and spent much of my life in the Peace River region of Northern British Columbia. Life there shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time—but looking back, those experiences helped build my awareness, resilience, and ability to truly understand people on a deeper level.

I am also a wife of 22 years and a mother of four grown children. These roles have been some of my greatest teachers, offering me real-life insight into connection, growth, challenge, and unconditional love. They’ve deepened my compassion and strengthened my ability to hold space for others in a meaningful and grounded way.

My journey hasn’t been traditional. It’s been intuitive, lived, and felt. Through my own experiences, I began to recognize that there is something more guiding us—something within us that holds answers, direction, and truth. What I’ve come to understand is that we each carry our own kind of “life manual”—a deep inner knowing that, when we learn to listen to it, can guide us toward healing, purpose, and alignment.

Returning to the Kootenays brought a sense of peace into my life that I had been searching for. It grounded me, reconnected me, and allowed me to fully step into the work I now offer.

For the past five years, I have been working locally with individuals through Reiki, chakra scans, aura imaging, and energy-based sessions. During this time, I’ve supported people from all walks of life—helping them gain clarity, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more meaningful way.

I’ve always been someone people come to—not just to talk, but to feel understood. My intuition is strong, and I trust what I sense. I hold space in a way that is calm, compassionate, and without judgment. To me, that’s where real healing begins—when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself.

My purpose is to help others reconnect with who they truly are. Through energy awareness and understanding our power centers, I guide people to see themselves differently—to recognize their strength, their patterns, and their potential. When we begin to understand our energy, we can start to shift our lives in meaningful and lasting ways.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember who you are.
