Welcome to Universal Reiki
Discover Your Energy. Connect With Yourself. Find Your Balance.
Your journey to greater self-awareness, balance, and personal well-being begins with you.
At Universal Reiki, I believe that meaningful growth begins with curiosity, connection, and the willingness to look within.
Through Reiki, Chakra & Aura Imaging, and personalized wellness experiences, I invite you to explore your energy, deepen your understanding of yourself, and discover practices that support your mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, navigating life's changes, exploring your spiritual side, or simply curious about what your energy may reveal, you're welcome exactly as you are.
My approach is heart-centered, inclusive, and free of judgment. There are no expectations, no beliefs you need to follow, and no single path to wellness. Just opportunities to explore, reflect, and discover what feels meaningful to you.
Your energy. Your journey. Your choice.
Universal Reiki is evolving!
Along with select private appointments, I'm expanding into mobile wellness experiences, community gatherings, special events, and educational opportunities throughout the East Kootenays.
I'm especially grateful to continue growing through my work with Ktunaxa communities, where connection, shared experiences, and personal well-being remain close to my heart.
I invite you to explore my upcoming events, monthly availability, and opportunities to connect.
Let's discover what wellness means to YOU.
With gratitude,
Terra
